CoachSkip is a youth baseball coaching tool for managing rosters, game lineups, pitch counts, and player statistics. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is stored.
CoachSkip does not collect any personal information. All data you enter — including team names, player names, jersey numbers, game schedules, pitch counts, and statistics — is stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is not accessible to us or any third party.
App data is stored locally on your device and automatically synced to iCloud so it can be restored if you reinstall the app or switch devices. This sync uses Apple's built-in iCloud Key-Value Storage, which is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. The data is associated with your personal Apple ID and is protected by your Apple account security settings. We have no access to your iCloud data at any time.
CoachSkip does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. No SDKs that collect user data are included in the app.
CoachSkip is designed for use by coaches and parents managing youth sports teams. The app does not collect or transmit any personal information about children to external servers. Player entries within the app contain only first names and jersey numbers at the coach's discretion. This data is stored on-device and synced only to the coach's personal iCloud account.
We do not sell, trade, or share any information with third parties. The Share Lineup Card feature generates an image from your on-device data and shares it using iOS's native share sheet — the destination is chosen entirely by you and the data is not routed through our systems.
Because all data is stored on your device and your personal iCloud account, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all local app data by removing the app from your device. To remove iCloud data, you can manage your iCloud storage through iOS Settings.
If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
